The Khirvire Wind Power Project of 47.6 MW capacity is located in Khirvire/Kombhalane villages, Taluka- Akole, District - Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. The project comprises of 56 Wind Electric Generators (WEGs) of 850kW capacity each. The whole project stands commissioned on 20.05.2014. The PPA for power has been signed with MSEDCL for a period of 13 years.
