Shri Shubh Karan Singh, has been appointed as Part-time Non-Official Director (GoHP Nominee) on the Board of SJVN Limited by Ministry of Power vide letter dated 11th September 2025.

Mr. Singh, is a 2015 batch, Indian Administrative Services (IAS) Officer. He is presently serving as Special Secretary (MPP & Power) and Non-Conventional Energy Sources in the Government of Himachal Pradesh. Prior to this assignment, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of HIMURJA. During a career spanning more than 26 years, he has held several important administrative positions in the Himachal Pradesh Government.
