Dividend - Current Year

The Board in its 321st Meeting held on 13th February, 2025 approved the Interim Dividend of ₹1.15 per equity share for the Financial Year 2024-25. The Interim Dividend, as declared, has been paid to those members, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company at the closure of business hours of 21st February, 2025 (Friday) which was the record date for this purpose.
