Please note that recruitment in SJVN is done centrally from SJVN Corporate Headquarters, Shimla through a streamlined selection process consisting of written examination and/or trade test, and/or personal interview etc. Whenever there are any vacancies, the posts are notified through open advertisement in leading newspapers/employment exchanges. A detailed advertisement clearly outlining the selection process is published on our website - sivn.nic.in. Prospective candidates are required to apply online only through our website and application fee is also collected online only through online payment gateway which is generally Rs 100-500/- only.  SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee. SJVN does not demand any amount from any candidate at any stage of the recruitment process other than the prescribed application fee and hence no refund of any amount paid by any candidate to any person of any agency in the name of SJVN SJVN will not be responsible in any way.
