Implementation of Integrity Pact for Contracts of SJVN Limited
A Memorandum of Understanding for implementation of Integrity Pact in SJVN was signed between SJVN and Transparency International India (TII) on 05.01.2011. Further, the scope of implementation of Integrity Pact was extended to subsidiaries of SJVN and revised MOU with TII was signed on 01.06.2018.
The Integrity Pact is applicable for procurement having estimated cost above the threshold limits as under (revised threshold limits are applicable w.e.f. 25.11.2022):-
- For Procurement of Goods the threshold limit is INR 10 lacs
- For Procurement of Services the threshold limit is INR 50 lacs
- For Procurement of Works the threshold limit is INR 200 lacs
To oversee the implementation of Integrity Pact, Sh. Manoj Pant and Dr. Davendra Verma have been appointed as Independent External Monitors (IEMs) with the consent of Central Vigilance Commission (CVC).
