SHe-Box For Safety Of Women In Workplace
The government of India has launched a new portal named SHe-Box in a bid to ensure the safety of women in workplaces in India.
The SHe-Box is a centralized platform where women will now be able to lodge workplace sexual harassment complaints and also track the status of the complaint through the portal.
This portal is expected to ensure effective implementation of the PoSH Act of 2013.
A dedicated nodal officer will be present on the SHe–Box portal who will monitor the complaints in real-time and ensure a smooth process and timely resolution of the complaints.
